Once you’ve sent us the following information, your new study will be set up immediately, and you can upload at any time.

Study Name(Required)

Can be an acronym, or even your own name. Just be sure to use this exact study name every time

Contact Name

Who is our main contact? (for example, if we have questions about the study)

Contact Email(Required)

Email address of the main contact for the study

List of emails you want to receive transcripts(Required)

List of emails you want to receive invoices(Required)

Password Protected Transcripts

Password Protected Transcripts (necessary for HIPAA compliance, no charge)

A secure password will be auto-generated and sent to you via a secure link. All transcripts will be encrypted with this password. Leave this enabled if your study includes PHI, or contact us to use a secure Workplace Folder instead
